Progress at Cedar House

January 24, 2013

Construction on the renovation of Cedar House commenced in August 2012. Works involved a sustainable renovation of a Grade II listed 1960’s property. It is one of only a few 1960’s houses that have been afforded such protection. Works involved the complete internal renovation of the property coupled with extensive sustainability works to achieve almost Passiv Haus standards.  The project is due to complete end of February. The construction process has been both interesting and challenging, implementing a detailed design to achieve such a high standard as Passiv Haus. Our clients have worked closely with Trunk – Environmental Consultants, at the beginning and throughout the project.
