We are a Chartered Building Company. Our Director, Robin Sporn and the Company as a whole are members of the Chartered Institute of Building, the worlds largest and most prestigious professional body in construction, operating under a Royal Charter since 1834.

We understand that a project under construction constantly evolves and believe that effective communication between ourselves, clients and architects, is imperative to a successful build.

We believe that clients should be informed, and kept informed, not just of progress, but of potential cost implications that any variation to the original design may incur. We believe, that information, given with appropriate detail and at the correct time, gives our clients the ability to make informed choices and confidence in their absolute control of the construction of their home.

We view every project as a prototype requiring detailed management and the very best highly skilled tradesmen to deliver, on time, on budget, a building that exceeds – from every aspect – what was envisaged from the original drawings. A building constructed sympathetically not only to our clients desires but also to the needs of the Environment.

Together with our site management team, professional Contracts management team, estimating team, and accounts department, our Company Structure provides the reinforcement for our staff on site to ensure each project is managed with faithful attention to every detail. Our clients’ needs and desires are paramount.

Contract values generally range from one million pounds, however we are always interested in bespoke challenging projects regardless of value.
