Cost and time are two very important factors on all of our projects, especially Commercial builds.

Any variation to the contracted works will be discussed, with advice given including the potential impact on Contract cost, prior to the commencement of any such work, to enable our client to remain in control, of what can very often be a very strict budget.

Interiors of the homes we build are just as important as the exterior.

Our carpentry team craft bespoke pieces for many of the homes that we build.We have specialist subcontractors which we have used for many years for certain aspects of work, be that intricate plaster mouldings, fabric covered walls, bespoke glass features or even contemporary marble plaster finishes.

We create a detailed week by week programme which is provided to our clients at the very start of the project. Any deviations are communicated to and discussed with our clients. Any variations to the contract are discussed with clients, informing them of any cost or time implications.
